How long does delivery take?

All our cookies are baked fresh the day before posting, and are delivered using Royal Mail 24 hour tracked delivery. They aim to deliver your cookies the day after posting.

How long will my cookies stay fresh?

Our cookies are heat sealed to keep them fresh for longer. They are best enjoyed for up to 3 days after receiving but can still be eaten up to 7-10 days after receiving.

What is the best way to reheat cookies?

Our cookies can be enjoyed as they are. However..

For a crunchy outside and gooey inside - pop them on a tray and into a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 3-4 minutes.

Alternatively, for a softer gooey cookie - microwave for 10-15 seconds.

Are your cookies suitable for vegetarians?

Yes, all our cookies are suitable for vegetarians.

Where can I find allergen information?

Please be aware that our cookies are baked in an environment that handles Eggs, Milk, and Nuts. There may also be traces of other allergens, such as Soya and Sesame, therefore we are unable to guarantee that our products are free from any allergens.

Do you offer returns?

Unfortunately we do not offer returns. However, if you are unhappy with your order, please contact us on support@yougotcookied.co.uk

Why can't I checkout?

If you see the error: "The selected country is not available for shipping" then double check you have added at least four cookies.
